The Squat

I cannot fully describe how i simply want to squat, and squat some more!

I might be walking like an idiot, my quads, inners thighs and glutes might hurt quit a fair bit, but i think that’s what makes it appealing – knowing that it’s so effective.

And i don’t reckon the risk of back injury to be as great as deadlifting. :)
