Am guessing this isn’t the job (the no poo sign) of your average singaporean. Perhaps an expatriate – it’s Grange Road afterall.
Thought the original sign was quite cute, especially since it’s effectively pointless given that this is only a short 150m side lane. Furthermore, i doubt there are that many incidences of inconvenient dog ‘happenings’.
Reckon the strategically placed ‘L!’ was also the work of a mischievous non-local.
